The rundown Scope

This policy covers personal information collected on our websites, online store, booking forms, review pages, and any services we run under The ACC brands (ACC Detail Works, AM So Handy, Apparel).

  • Identifiers: name, email, phone, address, account IDs, order IDs.

  • Commercial data: carts, orders, services booked, refunds, warranty claims.

  • Payment data: last4 and transaction refs from our processor; we do not store full card numbers.

  • Device/usage data: IP, browser, device, pages viewed, clicks, referring URLs, session duration.

  • Cookies: required cookies, analytics cookies, and preference cookies.

  • User content: reviews, messages, uploaded photos/logos for designs.

  • Location (optional): if you allow it for service routing or delivery ETAs.

  • Social/SSO: if you sign in or interact through third-party platforms.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed:

  • Account and order records: 7 years (tax/audit).

  • Support chats, emails, recordings: up to 24 months.

  • Analytics data: 26 months unless aggregated sooner.

  • If you delete your account, we remove or de-identify what we are not legally required to keep.

Payment processing

Sharing
